now my question is where is this collocter and also what dose he requier to obtain this item

I didn't know there was a collector for shields.

If there is, i'm sorry but i haven't heard of it.

Try a search for collector items and you will get some useful results.

Sorry, but the collector you are looking for does not exist (as of the current patch).

Oh snap, someone got told. But seriously, i haven't seen this one anywhere. I checked mineral springs and a few other maps that aren't always put into collector's guides, but it isn't there either.

that picture is either fake, or the shield only existed in beta...there is no collector that gives a +45/-2 while enchanted shield.

There ARE collector shields with those stats while in Stance and while Hexed

That shield is not fake, my earth elem use that shield and I got it sometime ago from The Wilds. You need 5 Ancient Eyes.

The collector outside camp rankor(north portal) gives a 16 armor, -2 dmg while in stance, +45hp while in stance shield.
